  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal (Unilateral Termination)
  • Consumers have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day of delivery, without stating a reason, as per the Croatian Consumer Protection Act.
  • To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@zilugemjewelry.com or use the provided contact form.
  • In case of withdrawal, you must return the goods in their original condition, and we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Complaints and Material Defects
  • Complaints should be submitted in writing to info@zilugemjewelry.com. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.
  • We will respond to your complaint within 14 days and provide a solution such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
