DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working day after receiving order payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location and typically range from 2-4 business days within Croatia. At the moment we only ship within Croatia. 

SHIPPING PRICES AND FREE SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds depend on total order price. Exact rates and free shipping options are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders over €85. Orders below this amount will be charged the applicable shipping fee at checkout. 

Our base currency is Euro (€).

PACKAGING

Upon receiving your order, please check the condition of the shipment. If there is any damage, report it immediately to the delivery person.

If you do not receive your order or a delivery notice within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you in locating your shipment.

INVOICE DELIVERY

Invoices are sent in the shipment package to the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your invoice please email info@zilugemjewelry.com.
