Once we receive your order and payment, we will begin the delivery process. Products are usually shipped within 1-2 days of payment receipt. Delivery takes 2-4 business days, depending on the destination. For more information please refer to Shipping policy.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please read our Returns policy which can provide more information on this topic.

We use natural gemstones and sterling silver as the base metal for our jewelry. Gold pieces are finished with a thick layer of 14K gold (gold vermeil).

Gold vermeil is jewelry made with a base of sterling silver coated in a thick layer of real gold (2.5 microns). This creates a durable, luxurious finish that looks like solid gold but is more affordable.

Zilu jewelry uses natural gemstones and sterling silver as its base metal, so we recommend you follow these simple instructions to keep your pieces looking their best:

• Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays, as these can cause tarnishing or damage.
• Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising to prevent moisture and sweat from affecting the metal and stones.
• Clean your jewelry with a soft cloth to remove tarnish and dirt. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and warm water, gently scrubbing with a soft brush, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, ideally in its original box or a soft pouch.

Silver can naturally tarnish over time and this is completely normal. To restore its shine, gently clean it using lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap. Rub softly with a cloth, rinse with water, and dry thoroughly. This helps remove tarnish and bring back the silver’s natural glow.
