We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, in their original packaging and undamaged.
- Invoice: Original invoice must be returned with the product.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service at info@zilugemjewelry.com or through the Contact Form (link) with your order number and reason for return.
- Your email will be acknowledged.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it to Bijenik 3, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.
- Processing: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days - please remember it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the payment.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
